Coaching Contract

Me as a coach:

-        will apply a high level of professionalism, integrity and honesty

-        am committed to your success, so I am committed to following your plan, which will be my absolute goal

-        will, at all times, adhere to the highest ethical standards and respect your confidentiality. I invite you to consult the ICF code of ethics that I follow

-        promise that coachee will gain value from our coaching relationship

I am not:

-       A personal adviser, personal trainer, therapist, manager or expert in your life

Your obligations during our coaching relationship:

-        Offer a high level of professionalism, integrity and honesty

-        Allow yourself to be open to new opportunities, ideas and solutions

-        Be responsible and dedicated to creating results. Essential decisions will be made, and results will be achieved

-        Use all the resources at your disposal to get the most out of yourself. The coach is also your resource

-        Be ready to have fun and enjoy our coaching relationship

Getting the most out of your coach:

-        Come to the session with a clear theme. Knowing exactly what someone want, he is more likely to get it

-        Use our relationship as a resource, not as a response. I will not tell you what to do, but I will help you understand your answers

-        Make sure you listen to yourself and have the courage to express yourself
Communicate in an authentic, open, honest and direct way at all times. Have the courage to meet your needs

-        Make a commitment to participate fully in each session

-        Prepare for the challenge. I am the custodian of your vision and your goals. With that in mind, you may be asked to change standards, habits and reallocate time, remove stress from your life, find out more about yourself, etc.

-        Enjoy our sessions and make the most of them. Personal development is fun!

Unforeseen circumstances

-        If you cannot participate in the session, please advise me us by e-mail or WhattsApp at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new appointment.

-        In case of an emergency, call me on the phone to make a new appointment

The personalized agreement between coach and client will follow the rules (dates, prices or exchange services, notices, themes) as from the e-mail exchange accompanying this Contract in PDF format
